We have only one rule: don't eat quietly. Slurp it.
Ramen Panorama is a neighborhood ramen shop on Van Nuys Boulevard, proudly serving Panorama City and the wider San Fernando Valley.
Everything is made fresh daily. Our tonkotsu pork broth is slow-simmered until it turns rich and silky, and it anchors the OG, Miso, Spicy Miso and Spicy Lime Chili bowls. Alongside it we pour a classic chicken broth, a spicy seafood broth infused with lemongrass, and two vegan broths — Savory Vegan and Spicy Lemongrass Vegan — so everyone at the table has a bowl worth ordering.
Every bowl comes with spinach, bean sprouts and sweet corn. Sixteen toppings are on hand if you want to build it your way: flavored egg, extra cha-shu, portobello mushroom, crispy seaweed, fried serrano chile and more.
Slurping isn't rude here — it cools the noodles on the way in and carries the aroma of the broth with every bite. It's how ramen is meant to be eaten. Come hungry and make some noise.
Beyond the bowls, our izakaya menu is built for sharing. Gyoza, chicken kara-age, takoyaki, pork katsu, BBQ pork skewers, popcorn shrimp, shishito peppers, edamame and crispy rice — order a few plates for the middle of the table and let everyone pick.
We sit right next door to our sister restaurant, Mariscos La Sirenita. One address, two very different kitchens — fresh seafood on one side, ramen on the other. Whichever way the craving goes, you're covered.
We're a small local business and we feel every order. Dine in with us, grab it to go, or have it delivered. Support local, eat local — and we'll see you soon.
